Terms of use
Last updated 18 August 2026. These terms govern your use of release-nodecore.digital and any enrolment that follows a note to the house.
Acceptance
By browsing this site or asking for a seat you agree to these terms. If you are enquiring for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, leave the site and do not send a form.
We may revise these terms. The date above is the marker. Continued use after a revision is acceptance of the new text.
Who we are
Release Nodecore is an educational practice teaching App Analytics from 56 High Street; Ashton; CH3 0ZL; United Kingdom. Contact: info@release-nodecore.digital and 079 7163 7567. Fees on this site are informational. No contract of sale is formed by browsing, and this site does not take payment.
Programmes and descriptions
Syllabuses, durations, and examples describe teaching intent. They are not a promise that your production app will be tagged, that a vendor will certify you, or that a particular metric will move. Live tables are capped; we may refuse or postpone a seat if the cohort is full or if the work is a poor fit.
Intellectual property
Site copy, the Ship Signal page format, ledger templates, and teaching notes remain the intellectual property of Release Nodecore unless a written licence says otherwise. You may keep marked ledgers you produced during a programme for internal use. You may not republish our curriculum, record sessions without consent, or present our templates as your product.
Materials you send us (event names, screenshots, datasets) stay yours. You grant us a limited licence to use them only to teach you and to mark your work. We will not drop your production secrets into another cohort’s table.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or submit the contact form with malware, spam, or another person’s personal data without a lawful basis. We may block access where we reasonably suspect abuse.
Liability
Teaching is opinion grounded in practice. Decisions you take about releases, store listing, or instrumentation remain yours. To the fullest extent permitted by United Kingdom law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, and lost data arising from reliance on journal articles or classroom discussion.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales. Our aggregate liability for other claims arising from a programme is limited to the fees you actually paid us for that programme.
Consumer rights
If you enrol as a consumer in the United Kingdom, statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not displaced by these terms. Distance cancellation is described, where it applies, in our refund notice.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes) arising from them or from use of the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in your home courts.
